Description:
  • Salary $78,292.24 - $90,819.56 p/a (pro rata) + super
  • 3 days / 21 hrs per week

 

Working with minimal direction, this 21hr part time role encompasses the day to day management and administration of all insurance related matters within given timeframes, as well as ensuring a consistent upkeep of electronic case files.

 

Overseen by the Team Leader Corporate Risk & Assurance, the successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service and administration in an insurance environment or in an insurance claim processing role. 

 

You will need to be flexible, highly organised and proactive as you will be the first point of contact for internal WHS and Return to Work matters, and external Public Liability claims and enquiries. Previous experience in handling public liability, worker's compensation and return to work processes, along with corresponding legislative knowledge is essential.

 

Drawing on your comprehensive legislative knowledge across WHS, Risk, Worker's Compensation and Civil Liability, you will maintain a high level of confidentiality, as you research, quantify and facilitate across a range of priorities.

 

You will have excellent communication skills and a solid attention to detail as you will be handling a wide variety of responsibilities across client enquiries, preparation of letters and correspondence, data entry, and reporting. You will be the type of person who can plan, and organise your priorities, while being attentive, reliable and resilient.

 

Previous experience with HPE Records Management and Technology One software will be highly regarded but not essential. A current Class C driver's licence is essential.
